Awards are an important part of any program and are used to add
value to the act of recognition. Frequency and variety is more important than value. High value awards can undermine the principles of a program and erode the quality of recognitions generated.

Monthly Awards

Public award events hosted by senior managers, with winners selected at random from all genuine recognitions made during that month .These informal award events have become brief but valued opportunities for people to gather as a wider team. Remote locations participate via conference call/webcast.

Team Awards

Teams can be awarded monthly or quarterly. Teams are nominated using the physical or online cheque books and identified simply by ticking the appropriate team recognition box. Teams nominated for the month or quarter are selected at random.

Quarterly Awards

Nominations made before a quarterly deadline are included within an online report that Senior Managers can use to review and select quarterly winners for higher value individual and team awards.

End of year Dream Award

All genuine recognitions from across the organisation, throughout the period are included in an end of year draw at which a number of cheques are selected at random or by senior management for end of year dream awards.
