Sometimes the things we want to happen
naturally need a bit of help. We probably all recognise
that we don’t say ‘thanks’ as often
as we could! We’ve put a structure in place to
make the scheme happen, but ultimately it’s meant
to be relaxed and fun. It’s simply a chance to
give your colleagues something back and really thank
them in style - with a chance to win some great prizes.
An independent team will keep an eye
on things to make sure there are no abuses, and we’ll
put Focus Teams in place – The Shout Team
has the final decision. There are a few rules in place
to make clear what’s what. Apart from that, everyone
in the company has an equal chance to win.

A Shout can come from anywhere at any time. The random
draw could just as easily pick out your one
Shout as it could pick one of many belonging to someone
else. It’s the fairest way of all.
