When you see value in the actions of a colleague, use your physical
recognition cheque book.

Complete all the information requested and hand both copies of the
cheque to the colleague you are recognising.

The recipient keeps the top copy as their personal reminder that
someone has recognised their efforts.

The recipient gives the bottom copy to their manager for review and
inclusion in the monthly draws.

Recognition copies are placed in collection boxes located in
reception areas ready for review and inclusion in the monthly draws.

When recognising value in the actions of a colleague in a different location, visit the recognition website.

Complete an online recognition cheque with all the information
requested and press send.

The recipient receives an email notification and link that enables them to view and print their online cheque for inclusion within the monthly draws.

The recipient’s manager is cc’d making them aware that someone within their team has been recognised.

Recognition details are automatically captured within an online database and included, after review, in the monthly draw.

Managers have the ability to nominate recognitions for a quarterly award. There are two ways managers can make a nomination.

When completing an online recognition or physical recognistion cheque, managers simply tick a box if they believe a recognition should be considered for a quarterly award. Nominees receive an automatic notification that they have been recognised and nominated.

Retrospective nominations can be made using an online report. This report details all recognitions received by members of a mangers team for a given quarter. Tick boxes built into the report enable the nomination of recognitions for a quarterly award. Retrospective nominees receive automatic notification of their nomination.

During the implementation stage we will work with you to clarify program objectives and measurements.

Central to this stage is identification of the behaviours that underpin your values, so that they can be recognised and the resulting performance improvements measured.

Data from physical and online recognitions is captured in an online database and made available via reports that measure the amount, type and quality of recognition activity.
