When you see value in the actions of a colleague, Shout about it. Simply complete a physical or online recognition cheque & hand/send to the person being recognised. The recipient keeps the top copy and gives the bottom copy to their manager for review and inclusion in the monthly and quarterly award draws. |

You can Shout just about anyone. A dynamic sales person, an accounts wizard, a senior manager. Anyone within the organsiation who's behaviour demonstrates our values.

There are no real rules to Shouting only a few guidelines.Please make sure you only recognise colleagues for demonstrating real value in their behaviour. Don't leave us guessing, take the time to describe what they did and importantly what impact it had to the business. |
