Manpower
Following a global re-brand in 2005, Manpower ANZ approached MotivAction to assist them in the development of a recognition program that would align employee behaviours with the organisation's global brand values and attributes.
Manpower Shout was launched in 2006. Since it's launch the program has helped Manpower reinforce a values based culture and in 2007 achieve record breaking financial results.
In the same year the program also received global recognition from Manpower Inc. when it was awarded as a best practice internal branding initiative.
