In 2003 MotivAction developed a recognition program for Virgin Mobile. The objective of the program was to provide employees with a fun, consistant and on-brand way to recognise and celebrate achievements.
The resulting program was a big hit generating over 13,000 recognitions across the business in the first year. Every single recognition presented instilled the values a little deeper into the culture.
The positive impact of the program was evidenced in employee feedback surveys and resulted in further expansion of the program across the Virgin Media Group.
