- Design, Involvement & Engagement Agree principles with Senior Team, then involve people in the design so that what is launched can be said to have been done with ‘your input, ideas and feedback’.
- Ongoing Communication Constant high visibility every day for all, simple, clear and engaging. Use a tangible way of recognising people.
- Simple Structure There should be the chance for recognition for all, every day, throughout the whole of the year. Simplicity and minimal administration are key.
- Awards to boost Recognition Frequency and variety is more important than value. High value awards can undermine the principles of a program and reduce the quality of recognitions generated.
